P&G Everyday Solutions offers multiple ways to save! #cbias

Have you seen the P&G Everyday Solutions site?  If you have been a P&G fan for a while, you may already be familiar with this site.
P&G offers THREE great ways to save!  You have been able to find the P&G brandSAVER in your local newspaper about once a month for a while.  P&G also introduced us to AWESOME coupons that are mailed to your home (along with product samples) a few months ago.  You can also download coupons straight to your store shoppers card!
How awesome is that?!  I do not have a store near me that offers this feature but for those of you that do, you really need to check it out!  It is super easy and the site walks you through the process.  All you do is select the coupons you want to download to your shoppers card.  When the cashier scans your card at checkout the coupons are automatically deducted.  Super easy!
On the way home from Dallas Sunday I picked up a few Sunday papers.  I knew there would be a P&G brandSAVER insert included this week and was so excited to see some really great coupons inside!  I needed to pick up some razors and decided to pick up a few other products while I was out.  To see my complete shop, please visit my Google+ album.
I love all the pretty new colors on the packaging!
I was able to save around $15 tonight thanks to coupons!
I found a coupon for $1/1 in a packet I received from our pediatrician, since we were out of toothpaste I decided to pick some up.  My Walmart has an amazing selection of Crest. We prefer the taste of Crest over the other brands and also prefer the Cavity Protection line.  I have been using Crest Toothpaste for as long as I can remember.  I did switch brands a few years ago but have since switched back to Crest.  I love using Crest because it reminds me of my childhood plus I love that it is ADA approved.
In the brandSAVER insert from the 4/29 paper was a coupon for $3 off the new Venus & Olay razor wyb the refills (or was that the other way around).  Razors are SO expensive, I am glad coupons are readily available for them.  I started using the Venus razors when they were first introduced in 2001 and have not looked back!  I have found this to be the ONLY razor that does not cut my legs to pieces or irritate my underarms and I LOVE them for that.  When I was pregnant with MG (2008/2009) I used the Venus Breeze that offered built in shave gel.  When you are pregnant and trying to shave, any time you can save a step is great!  Using a razor with built in shave gel meant less time I spent trying to reach my legs to apply shave gel.  I am really excited about the new Venus & Olay line and was so happy to see it offered in my store.
This months coupon for Pantene is AWESOME!  It is a BOGO coupon, LOVE BOGO coupons!  If by chance we find a store offering Pantene on sale for BOGO I am stocking up!  But, the chances of that happening are pretty slim, it has been a while since an awesome sale like that happened.  Pantene has evolved so much over the years.  I will never forget my first bottle of Pantene.  The bottle was a light pink color with a gold lid, it was beautiful!  I loved taking showers just so I could sit and stare at the bottle, and now my mom knows why I took such long showers!  HA!  Today Pantene offers an amazing variety of products.  They now have shampoo/conditioner just for hair types (Thin-Normal/Thick) and then offer specific solutions for each type.  I am growing my hair out again and am hoping this Anti-Breakage will help keep it strong.

I love using P&G products because they are a brand I trust and a brand my mom and grandma have trusted through the years.  I would LOVE to know your favorite P&G product(s), please feel free to share a comment or two.

FROZEN Hot Chocolate

I am sure by now, most of you know that FROZEN the Movie is coming to theaters THIS WEEK (the 27th to be exact)! I am so excited!! My girls saw some of the FROZEN merchandise while we were at Walt Disney World and that is all they could talk about.....for days! It has been a rough school year for both of the girls so far. Mads is adjusting to being in the upper elementary, was dealing with a bully and gets super frustrated with math (even though she is really good at it). MG is adjusting to actually being in school, went through a time of having accidents at school and she just misses her mommy. To celebrate Mads good grades and MG going a month accident free, I decided to treat the girls with a few fun new toys and some hot chocolate. Once I heard that FROZEN merchandise was available at Walmart, I ran to stock up. While I was there, it hit me! I could have #Frozenfun with the hot chocolate and make FROZEN Hot chocolate! I just knew the girls would love it! I was k

Le Cellier - Chedder Cheese Soup Recipe Review

I first talked about this soup here .   I have to admit, was not real eager to try this soup.  I can not stand the taste of beer.  PERIOD!  It doesn't take much in a recipe for me to be able to taste it.  With that being said, the soup wasn't bad.  I would try it with ginger ale next time though. Before I tell you what I thought of the soup I need to be fair and tell you about some changes I made to the recipe. First, the recipe tells you to cook the bacon just to render out the fats, not to make crispy.  I did not render out enough of the fats and in fact next time, I would cook the bacon until it IS crispy.  I don't like limp bacon, I like my bacon extra crispy. Second, I TOTALLY forgot to cook down the onions and celery before adding the flour!  Ummmm......ooops! So my bacon was limp and my veggies were crispy!  HAHA! Next, I am not on a budget to be able to purchase "Aged White Cheddar" so good ol Yellow Sharp Cheddar it was! I did NOT add one tablespoo

Strawberries and Cream Instant Oatmeal | Recipe

I don't know about you but, we go through oatmeal like that is the only thing to eat on this planet!   Seriously a TON! My youngest would eat it for every meal and snack....every day....if I let her. Yes, the little packs can be cheap (if you can find a coupon and get them on sale) but it still adds up.  I used things I already had on hand so there was no extra cost to make this.  FREE is ALWAYS good!   I tried before to make little packets to keep on hand but that was a complete fail.  I have since reworked the recipe and am happy with the results.  I decided to just keep the oatmeal in a glass container this time and scoop out what we need, when we need it.  You can also make this into packets by just scooping the desired amount into zip-top bags. {Strawberries & Cream Instant Oatmeal}   12 Servings 6 Cups Quick Cook Oats 1 1/2 Cups Oat Powder 2 Cups Powdered Milk 1 - 1 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Freeze Dried Strawberries Directions f
