make bake create 4
We are on a role with the Make Bake Create Party! It is SO fun to see everything you guys link up each week! I am inspired each week by your posts and look forward to trying one of YOUR creations this week!
your hosts
This week I am the official party host and have a pretty amazing recipe to share with you! Be sure to check back tomorrow at 5:00pm Central Time to see what recipe I decided to feature....and try! It was a really hard decision!

Because there were so many GREAT posts this week, I wanted to be sure to also share my top 3 with you!

First, I love, love, love this Vertical Flower Garden from Jessca at A Million Moments! I plan on making a few of these in a few weeks and put them along our fence. Our dog likes to dig up flowers and I think this would help prevent that! Plus, they are really cute!

Summer is just around the corner and I can't wait! Although, one thing I don't like about summer is how HOT my kitchen gets when I am cooking! UGH! This is why I try to use my slow cooker as much as possible during the summer. This Chicken Teriyaki from Candice at All Things Walker sounds really good, I will have to put it on our summer menu!

I LOVE hosting dinners and am always on the lookout for cute serving trays. When I saw this CUTE Painted Cheese Platter from Randi at Dukes & Duchesses I instantly fell in love and will be scouring garage sales this spring to try to find something similar! I can see all kinds of things on this beautiful tray; cupcakes, hand pies, cookies, oh my!

Again, thank you ALL so much for linking up last week! I can't wait to see what you link up this week! Don't forget, the party post will be up at 5pm Central Time tomorrow night!

For Such a Time as This

This post is a sponsored post from Family Christian, all opinions are my own.
You know when you find a group of friends and you just sit back in amazement when you think of just how awesome they are? I am SO lucky to have a group like that in my life. I am even luckier to have this group in my girls' lives.  It is so very important to me for my girls to see the relationships I have with these women. The way we interact and love each other. It is important they see that even though each one of these women are very, very different, we still come together in love and laughter. It is also important to me that my girls see the relationships that these wonderful women have with their families. I am lucky enough to be close friends with two AMAZING families. We do things together, as families, we also do things together just the moms and kids. I love that my girls see these strong families and know that these families are there for them should they ever need them. In the times that we l…

Strawberries and Cream Instant Oatmeal | Recipe

I don't know about you but, we go through oatmeal like that is the only thing to eat on this planet!   Seriously a TON! My youngest would eat it for every meal and snack....every day....if I let her.
Yes, the little packs can be cheap (if you can find a coupon and get them on sale) but it still adds up.  I used things I already had on hand so there was no extra cost to make this.  FREE is ALWAYS good! I tried before to make little packets to keep on hand but that was a complete fail.  I have since reworked the recipe and am happy with the results.  I decided to just keep the oatmeal in a glass container this time and scoop out what we need, when we need it.  You can also make this into packets by just scooping the desired amount into zip-top bags.
