My friend Sarah, from Food Allergy Eats, shared a recipe for Allergy Friendly Pumpkin Muffins. You guys know I love muffins! These look so yummy, and super easy to make! They would also work well for freezer cooking. Just double the batch and freeze the extra for a later date. Then, on a super rushed morning, just pop a couple in the oven or microwave to reheat. Couldn't be easier!
I am sure by now, most of you know that FROZEN the Movie is coming to theaters THIS WEEK (the 27th to be exact)! I am so excited!! My girls saw some of the FROZEN merchandise while we were at Walt Disney World and that is all they could talk about.....for days! It has been a rough school year for both of the girls so far.
